SIGTE BEGINS A CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESS AND DESIGNS ITS OWN SYSTEM OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Approaching its 15^th anniversary, SIGTE has begun to adapt itself to the new challenges appearing in its area of activity: highly innovative approaches to more and more complex projects requiring tight management control and professionals of various profiles.

The road chosen, however, is an exciting one and for that reason a change management process has begun. The efforts involved have taken several months and have counted on the expert assistance of Yan Bello (International Project Management Consultant).

This process of change aims to strengthen SIGTE’s flexibility and its capacity to respond rapidly to new situations, thereby increasing the quality of its projects.

Members have been provided the knowledge, skills and tools to manage projects and have been involved in designing a new process-based management system that includes its own web tool.

The new system and the web design tool are currently being implemented.
