NEW SPECIALIZATION COURSE IN IDRISI ANDES

SIGTE of University of Girona organizes an specialization course in IDRISI applied to the assessment of risks of projects in coastal and marine environments. This course will be realized from 26 to 30 of November.

Main goals:
- Apply Geographical Information Systems to the study of coastal and marine environments to the environmental and social risk assessment of a project.
- Achieve and consolidate the knowledge required in the usage of the software IDRISI Los Andes related to project design, acquisition and integration of the geographical data from different sources, spatial analysis, geographical information representation and GIS processes automation.

 

Who it is addressed for:
Professionals and students from the geographical, environmental and marine sciences, who uses GIS to assess the risks of projects, and whom are interested in acquire and consolidate their knowledge in Idrisi Andes Software.
