MAP OF INNOVATION IN THE CATALAN HEALTHCARE SYSTEM

SIGTE has collaborated with Infonomia in the development of the "map of innovation of the Catalan healthcare system", which compiles information about twenty innovative in the Catalan healthcare system

On Friday 14 December 2007 the TicSalut Foundation and the Ministry of Health of the Government of Catalonia presented, together with the Telemedicine and Medical Telecare Plan of the Ministry of Health, the book "TicSalut, la revolució digital al servei de les persones" (“TicSalut, the digital revolution in service to people”). This book, published as part of Innova-Salut (an innovative health care project), presents twenty cases of innovation in the Catalan healthcare system in areas such as electronic clinical history, medical imaging, healthcare processes and information systems, telemedicine and medical telecare. It has been published in collaboration with Infonomia, a Spanish language innovation network, and forms part of their "Libros-Infonomia" (“Infonomia Books”) collection.

SIGTE has collaborated with Infonomia in the development of the "map of innovation in the Catalan healthcare system", which compiles basic information about those twenty cases on an Internet map, created with Google Maps, and contains descriptive texts of each case, photographs, additional links, video images and downloadable .PDF files.
