Day 4: Friday Spatial Analysis with Desktop GIS III + info
Day 5: Monday Introduction to Open Web Services + info
Day 6: Tuesday Creation of Open Web Services + info
Day 7: Wednesday
Introduction to Webmapping + info
Day 8: Thursday
Creation of a Webmapping application + info

The Summer School programme is divided into two main blocks, that can be taken together or individually, by selecting the appropriate option during the registration process:

Block n.1: "Spatial Analysis based on Desktop GIS"
Block n.2: "Open Web Services and Web Mapping applications"


Each block will be conducted in 4 days: the Spatial Analysis with Desktop GIS will take place during the first 4-days block while the Open Web Services and Web Mapping Applications will take place during the second 4-days block.

Thus, each participant will be able to select one of the following options:
  • Option 1: Full Summer School Course (8-days course): From 28th June to 7th July 2011
  • Option 2: Spatial Analysis with Desktop GIS (4-days course, first block): From 28th June to 1st July 2011
  • Option 3: Open Web Services and Web Mapping Applications (4-days course, second block): From 4th July to 7th July 2011
